Because we bake to order and limit transit time, your cookies should arrive fresh, but please keep in mind that the mail carrier may experience unexpected delays. If you need delivery by a specific date, we recommend selecting a date 1–2 days earlier.
Delivery Schedule
We bake and ship our cookies on Tuesdays and Wednesday.
Delivery Times
We're unable to guarantee an exact delivery time and your order may be delivered up until 9pm depending on the delivery driver and route. We strongly recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking information while your cookies are in transit.
Weather Advisory
Weather can affect your delivery:
Warm Weather: Cookies ship without ice packs. Track your package and try to bring it inside promptly. If they arrive warm, they're still safe and delicious.
Cold Weather: Shipping delays may occur due to weather or holiday volume. Cold temps won't hurt the cookies - just let them come to room temp or warm them up as recommended in the cookie care before enjoying.
